no :) . Circulism it's a technique of shading by making small circles [link]
this technique makes the shading very smooth and is good for portraits

Yes I have actually seen a couple of these drive through Minnesota believe it or not and if all goes well I should be seeing some more exotics tomorrow in Chanhassin :D
